Baby Yoga


Baby Yoga classes unite parents and babies together using breathing techniques, gentle stretching and Yoga movements that help to support a baby's body and mind awareness and coordination. In a calm and relaxed atmosphere, parents are able to focus on a weekly mantra whilst moving with their babies through a series of Yoga movements that can offer practical tools for common ailments and also build confidence with your baby.

All in-person follow Staffordshire Term dates and are in 6/7 week blocks. Each class incorporates different breathing techniques, a weekly mantra, standing and seated yoga movements with a relaxation section and sensory activities. There will be opportunities at the end of each session for some social time, a hot drink and to develop a support network and friendships with other parents.

All online drop-in classes are 30 minutes long and incorporate different breathing techniques, a daily mantra, standing and seated yoga movements with a relaxation/sensory section at the end.

Four x 30 minute Baby Yoga videos for you to enjoy in the comfort of your own home, at your own pace. Each session follows the same routine of a warm up, mantra and new breathing technique, stretch and grow routine for baby, standing and seated movements and finishes with a sensory activity that is easy to do at home.
